Misou is a young man who has never had much luck with the ladies. Throughout high school and college he never managed to meet anyone he hit it off with. Now, somewhat belatedly, he has become smitten with a beautiful young woman named Nagisa. Desperate to win her heart, Misou finds that this isn't going to be easy because he not only has competition in the form of the suave and handsome Kaizuka and the unattractive Kujira, but also manages to put himself in rather embarassing spots with other women whenever Nagisa is present.
