Vol.2: When the oceanic city-nation of Judoh needed a crimefighter with superhuman abilities to combat its burgeoning criminal underground, it created Android J. Although Android J looks human, he possesses the capability to emit blistering steam that can disable any would-be criminal. In these episodes, Claire, the leader of Judoh's crime syndicates, hatches a plot to kill J by playing on the city's corrupt government. At the same time, Claire tries to draw Daisuke into a scheme that promises to make the crime syndicate millions.
 
Vol.4: In this thrilling episode of HEAT GUY J, Clair Leonelli devises a plan to assume control -- she tries to distract J and Daisuke with fire, and then hires snipers to eliminate J! Shun and Kyoko keep busy as support for the City Safety Management Agency and help to avert certain catastrophe. However, Daisuke and J still find themselves in utter confusion when a prince from a Luddite country visits -- and then must deal with another sniper!
